for students who have just completed the 3rd, 4th and 5th grades

**Followers students can go to camp absolutely FREE!!**
Generous donations allow us to offer this awesome camping experience free of charge for children who are involved in the Followers ministry at Hayward Wesleyan Church.  Camp scholarships for children who are not involved in Followers are awarded on a case-by-case basis.  Please contact Pastor Jeremy if you need financial assistance.

Camper Registration Form
Please fill out this form and turn it in by Tuesday, May 27, 2008.  While we will definitely accept late registrations, they are considered last for the Camp Electives and for bunking assignments...so it is a good idea to get the form in to the Church Office as soon as possible!

Staff / Counselor Registration Form
This registration form is for adults who are interested in counseling campers in the cabin or participating in other areas of Kids Camp.

Forms are also available from the Hayward Wesleyan Church office or in the slots in the hallway by the bulletin boards.  We will plan on leaving HWC @ 8:00am on Monday, June 9 (please arrive earlier so that we can leave by 8am).  On Friday, June 13, we plan on being back at the church around 2:00pm.
