Followers is a ministry program with students who are in grades K-2 (Junior Followers) and grades 3-5 (Followers). This ministry began and continues with a heart towards reaching students younger than traditional church youth groups. Prayerfully, through the Followers program, students begin and develop a relationship with Jesus and are discipled to permeate their community with Jesus.

mondays
Followers meet together every other Monday after school from 3:15-5:oopm. The church provides transportation from the Hayward Primary and Intermediate Schools to the church and parents provide transportation home. During these after school meetings, the students play games, have a light snack, pray, sing songs, learn a story from the Bible, participate in small groups, and understand what it means to be a follower of Jesus.

outings
Once a month the Followers (grades 3-5) go on an adventure outing and the Junior Followers (grades K-2) have a few periodic events. These outings typically take place on Sunday afternoons. All of these outings are designed to promote community and play as well as a training ground for modeling Jesus to each other and to the world around us.
